KEBUMEN - The implementation of pipe installation using the drilling method was carried out by IKG at the Entrance of Kebumen Terminal, Jl. Raya Sawahan, Kebumen Regency, Central Java (28/10/2020).

The activity phase begins with the excavation of workholes and targeted holes, then drilling and withdrawing casing pipes and production pipes.

This activity is carried out after all work drawings are approved and supervised directly by Pertamina.

JAKARTA - IKG received the first trust from PT BFI Finance, Tbk. in the term of motor vehicle financing. The financing will be used to increase IKG cash in order to implement projects that are being implemented by IKG. IKG and BFI signed a cooperation agreement at the IKG Head Office, Blok M, South Jakarta (25/11/2020).

BFI's trust in IKG shows that at the age of less than 2 years, IKG has earned a credible reputation in the eyes of finance companies. It is hoped that BFI's trust will be the first step, to increase support from finance companies or other financial institutions in order to increase the company's cash flow.

During the 1 year that IKG was founded, IKG itself has won the trust of clients including Ingersoll Rand Indonesia, Kalbe Farma, Nindya Karya, Pertamina, Indocement, Adhimix, Semen Indonesia, and others. This of course requires strong cash flow support, to work on projects from clients, which keep on coming.

KEBUMEN - IKG, PT NINDYA KARYA (NK) and PT PERTAMINA (PTM) held a kick-off which marked the start of 16 "pipe installation work on the CYIII (Lomanis-Rewulu) Pipeline Project using the Auger / Thrust Boring method at the NK Project Office in Kutowinangun , Kebumen (08/10/2020).

Previously, IKG and NK had signed a joint agreement for pipe installation 16 "with the auger / thrust boring method with a total volume commitment of 2000 m which will be implemented for 12 months.

This work is an important milestone for NK, in implementing the CYIII Project. IKG in this case will start drilling implementation at the road crossing of the Kebumen Terminal road and its surroundings.

PEKANBARU - IKG carried out the kick-off work of the Compressed Air System Installation Project at PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali (PJB) UBJ O&M PLTU Tenayan at PLTU Tenayan, Pekanbaru, Riau (15/10/2020).

This project aims to carry out engineering design, procurement and construction for the installation of compressed air systems used for instruments and processes in power plants.

The work is carried out into several stages: engineering design, tie-in, procurement and construction.

JAKARTA - In order to accelerate Auger / Thrust Boring work on Pertamina's CYIII project, IKG has begun to mobilize equipment and workers to the project location in Kebumen, Central Java (22/10/2020).

The equipment and workers will then be inspected and induction by NK and Pertamina, before carrying out the work.

IKG will carry out the work for 12 months, with locations throughout the project between Cilacap and Yogyakarta where pipe installation cannot be carried out using the open cut method.

SENTUL - A number of IKG Concrete Mixer Truck Drivers (DTM) participated in the Safety Induction which was held at the Adhimix RMC Batching Plant in the Sentul area, Bogor (20/10/2020). This activity is also a kick-off for the new services provided by IKG to Adhimix RMC as a DTM provider.

IKG previously had experience in managing DTM to deliver concrete according to customer requests. The key to DTM service is the safety and speed of DTM in delivering concrete. Armed with the experience possessed by the IKG team, currently IKG manages more than 50 DTM spread across more than 10 batching plants in Jabodetabek to Karawang.

JAKARTA - To carry out Horizontal Drilling work in several pipeline projects, IKG is preparing to invest in Auger machines. IKG management conducted a survey and testing of the machine on Friday (21/08/2020) in the East Jakarta area.

Auger boring itself is a technique for drilling a horizontal borehole through the ground, from the drive shaft to the receiving shaft, by means of a rotating head cutting.

Auger boring is the easiest method for drilling holes in the ground horizontally, for laying pipes to avoid roads, railroads or other obstacles where excavation is not possible.

BOGOR - IKG and PBI held a lunch & prayer for the operation of the mixer truck at the Citeureup Industrial Pioneer Plant (PBI), Bogor on Friday (28/08/2020). The joint prayer was held by IKG so that operations at PBI can run well.

During the event, the President Director of PT Ksatria Ciptadaya Solusi (KCS), Dimas Elfarizi, handed over tumpeng to PBI representatives, Mr. Ilham.

In addition, the event was continued with discussion and sharing with all IKG operational teams in PBI.

"This prayer together is a form of IKG's commitment to maintaining harmony between humans, nature & Gods, so that in carrying out daily work, they will receive protection from God Almighty" said Dimas in his speech.

KCS is a subsidiary of IKG, which is engaged in manpower outsourcing services. Currently, KCS provides outsourcing services for Mixer Truck drivers at PBI and Adhimix, as well as several other companies.

IKG began survey & mapping for pipeline construction work in Cilacap-Yogyakarta. In this activity, IKG is represented by the President Director and experts to carry out field surveys for pipe construction work.

"This mapping activity is the first step in preparing a budget and cost plan for the pipeline construction project," said Bayu Indarta, Director of IKG.

In the 2-day activity (14-15/08/2020), there were a number of records which later became notes for the preparation of the budget & cost plan which would be used as part of the commercial aspect of the project.

JAKARTA - As a company that focuses on engineering, IKG has the opportunity to partner with Ingersoll-Rand Indonesia as an installation service provider for Ingersoll Rand's compressed air system products.
